MIM Construction have worked with functional designs of safety features in the vehicle industry for a long time.

We have documentation from more than hundred crash tests with our products together with a lot of the major automobile manufacturers and we are well aware of the regulations and demands regarding crash safety that applies for the automotive manufacturers.

Variocage is crash tested and approved in accordance with SP's SPCT method and fulfil all the criteria for front and rear crash as well as for roll-over.

Our opinion is that the general requirements for securing loads in vehicles are not enough for either the passengers or the dogs security in a car and there are no legal requirements or directives regarding crashworthiness for transport cages.

Therefore, we go one step further to ensures the Variocage protective functions in a crash with the SPCT test.
